By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following:

1) Custom Nature of Products

Our products are handmade and often created from customer-provided materials. Each finished piece is unique and may vary slightly from photos due to the nature of fabric, lace, and handmade work.

2) Final Sale on Custom Orders

Custom and made-to-order items are final sale as described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

3) Proof Approvals (if you use proofs)

If we provide a design proof for approval, your approval authorizes production. Once approved, changes may not be possible.

4) Customer Materials

If you mail materials (dress fabric, lace, etc.), you are responsible for shipping your materials to us. We are not responsible for loss or damage during inbound shipping.

After your order is completed, remaining materials may be moved to storage and may not be identifiable or retrievable later.

5) Shipping Risk and Package Protection

Responsibility for carrier handling issues is governed by our Shipping Policy. If Package Protection is declined, we are not responsible for loss/theft/damage once the carrier marks the package delivered.

6) Intellectual Property

All website content, photos, and designs are the property of Old Soul Bridal and may not be used without written permission.

7) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Old Soul Bridal’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the item(s) purchased.
