Q: How do I start a custom keepsake order?
A: You can start by ordering via our Etsy shop
Q: What can you create from my dress?
A: We can make keepsake, bridal combs, barrettes, belts, custom shadow boxes, lockets, charms, and a variety of Christmas ornaments. We’re always happy to work with your unique idea!
Q: Do I need to send the entire dress?
A: Not necessarily! Depending on your order, we may only need select panels or embellishments. We’ll confirm once we know what you’d like made.
📦 Shipping & Materials
Q: How do I send my dress or fabric to you?
A: We’ll provide easy-to-follow instructions once your order is placed. We recommend tracking your package for peace of mind.
Q: Will I get the leftover materials back?
A: Yes, if you’d like the remaining fabric, lace, or embellishments returned, just let us know! We’ll prepare a separate package and provide the cost of return shipping, which will be your responsibility. Alternatively, you’re welcome to donate the leftover materials to an angel gown organization we partner with.

A: Most orders are completed within 4–6 weeks from the time we receive your materials. Rush orders may be available — just ask!

Q: Do you offer returns or exchanges?
A: Due to the custom nature of our work, all sales are final. However, if there's a problem with your order, please reach out — we truly care.
