At Old Soul Bridal, each keepsake is custom made from meaningful fabric and created with great care. Because of the custom nature of our work, shipping timelines include both creation time and shipping transit time.

 

 

Processing & Creation Time

Most custom keepsake orders are completed within 4–6 weeks from the date your dress is received.

Please note that turnaround times may vary slightly depending on order volume, holidays, or the complexity of your items.

 

 

Shipping Time

Once your order is complete and ready to ship, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days within the United States, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

 

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, and destination of your order. Because some items may be created and shipped separately, shipping is charged per order. If multiple orders can be combined into a single shipment, we will do so when possible and refund any shipping overage accordingly.

 

 

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email so you can follow your package’s delivery progress.

 

 

Delivery Estimates

All delivery time frames are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.
