Shipping Policy 

Processing time vs. shipping time:
Our production/processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Estimated timelines are shown on listings and during checkout.

Shipping costs:
Shipping is paid by the customer unless otherwise stated.

Address responsibility:
Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer is responsible for reshipping costs.

Tracking:
Tracking is provided when your order ships.

Package Protection / Insurance (strongly recommended)

We strongly recommend adding Package Protection at checkout.

If Package Protection is declined:
Old Soul Bridal is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered once the carrier marks the package as delivered.

If Package Protection is purchased:
Claims for loss/damage/theft must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will assist with the claim process and resolution based on the protection coverage.
