Returns & Refunds Policy 

Custom & made-to-order items are final sale.
Because our items are custom and made from your materials, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for buyer’s remorse, changes of mind, or preference.

We will make it right if we made a mistake.
If we shipped the wrong item, made an error in personalization, or your item arrives with a defect caused by our workmanship, we will repair, replace (when possible), or refund at our discretion.

Claim window:
All issues must be reported within 72 hours of delivery and must include clear photos of:

  • the item

  • the shipping box

  • all packing materials and any damage

Important note about one-of-a-kind materials:
Many items cannot be recreated because your dress materials are one-of-a-kind and may be moved to storage after completion. In those cases, our resolution may be a partial refund, full refund, or alternative solution at our discretion.
