Turnaround
Please allow 4–6 weeks once we receive your materials. Tracking will be emailed when your keepsake ships.
 
What’s Next
After you place your order, you’ll receive an automated email with everything you need—how to package your dress, what to include, and where to mail it. We’ll contact you again once your gown has been received and logged into our system.
Tip: Sending your full dress gives us the best selection of lace and details for the most beautiful result.

Not all wedding dress fabrics are suitable for every keepsake. If your fabric isn’t a good fit for this design, we’ll reach out with the closest alternatives.
Each piece is handmade and may include small, natural variations—part of what makes it uniquely yours.
 
Remaining Fabric Choice
After your keepsake is complete, you can choose to have remaining fabric returned to you or donated. If donated, it will be given to The Emma and Evan Foundation, supporting families and hospitals through bereavement care and NICU milestones.
