After you place your order, you’ll receive an automated email with everything you need—how to package your dress, what to include in your package, and where to mail it. We’ll contact you again once your gown has been received and logged into our system.
Tip: Please send your full dress whenever possible so we have the best selection of lace and details to create the most beautiful result.

Remaining Fabric Choice
After your keepsake is complete, you can choose to have the remaining fabric returned to you or donated.
If you choose to donate the remainder, it will be donated to The Emma and Evan Foundation, supporting families and hospitals through bereavement care and NICU milestones.

By luck, I found Old Soul Bridal offering a second option of having a keepsake made from your dress. Old Soul Bridal works with the Foundation, too! It was the best of both options.
