Transform your wedding dress into a one-of-a-kind teddy bear heirloom – a cherished keepsake made from the memories you hold dear. Each bear is lovingly handcrafted by our designer, Linda, using the fabric, lace, beading, and meaningful details from your own wedding dress. Linda thoughtfully works with the beauty and character of your gown to create a timeless heirloom that holds a piece of your wedding day close – something to love, display, and treasure for generations to come.

MAKE IT YOUR OWN
To start the conversation on getting your wedding dress transformed into a Teddy Bear heirloom, send an email to Linda at linda@oldsoulbridal.com and provide all the following information:
Pictures of your full wedding dress
Teddy bear size (10”, 12”, 14” or 18”)
Quantity
Provide specific details you’d like included from your dress and any other requirements you’d like along with anything else you'd like Linda to know.
Provide information on what you’d like to do with the remaining fabric (read the Legacy of Love section).
Teddy Bears' pricing is based on size
10” - $100 | 12” - $120 | 14” – $135 | 18” - $150
Shipping: $15 (expedited shipping: varies)
A NOTE BEFORE WE BEGIN
Every wedding dress is beautifully unique, and each one offers different possibilities. The fabric, lace, beading, construction, and amount of usable material can all influence how your gown can be transformed. Before your heirloom journey begins, Linda will carefully evaluate your dress and its details to determine what can be beautifully created from the gown you hold so dear. For the most beautiful result, we recommend sending your full wedding dress whenever possible. Having the entire gown allows our designer to thoughtfully select from the best lace, fabric, and special details when creating your heirloom.
If the fabric or lace from your gown isn’t well suited to the keepsake you’ve selected, Linda will reach out personally to share the closest available alternatives and help find the best option for your dress. Because every gown is beautifully unique, Linda may also reach out along the way with questions or recommendations to ensure your heirloom is thoughtfully created from the details of your dress.
YOUR KEEPSAKE JOURNEY
Connect with Linda: She will reach out after receiving your initial email to learn more about your vision, answer any questions you may have, and gather any additional details she needs before moving forward.
Send Your Wedding Dress: When you're ready to move forward, you’ll submit payment and mail your wedding dress directly to Linda. She will provide payment and mailing instructions at that time. Please do not mail your wedding dress to Old Soul Bridal.
Important: Please keep your tracking number until Linda has confirmed that your dress has arrived. Old Soul Bridal and the designer cannot be responsible for packages lost or delayed in transit. If a shipping issue occurs, a claim should be opened directly to the carrier.
Your Heirloom Begins: Linda will personally confirm when both your payment and wedding dress have been received. Once everything is in place, she’ll begin the beautiful process of transforming your wedding dress into your one-of-a-kind teddy bear heirloom.
Allow 4-6 weeks from the time your dress is received for completion.
Your Heirloom Comes Home: When your Teddy Bear is complete and ready to make its way home to you, Linda will email your shipping confirmation and tracking information so you can follow its journey every step of the way.
A LEGACY OF LOVE
Remaining Fabric Choice
After your keepsake is complete, you can choose to have any remaining fabric returned to you or donated. Old Soul Bridal creates keepsakes in partnership with The Emma and Evan Foundation. Every purchase helps support their mission. If you choose to donate the remainder, it will be donated to The Emma and Evan Foundation, supporting families and hospitals through bereavement care and NICU milestones.
