Proof Approval = Production Authorization

For items that include custom text, initials, monograms, or personalization, we will provide a digital proof. Once you approve the proof, your order moves into production and is considered final. Approval confirms spelling, initials order, font choice, layout, placement, and date details.

 

What We Fix for Free
If we make an error that differs from your approved proof (wrong initials, spelling, font, or layout), we will correct it at no charge.

 

Changes After Approval (Change-of-Mind Requests)
Requests for a different font, layout, size, or design after proof approval are treated as a remake (not a correction). Remakes require additional time and materials and will reset your production timeline.

 

Remake Fee
A remake fee may apply: $35 depending on the request. A new proof will be provided once the remake fee is paid.

 

Cancellations
Personalized items cannot be canceled or refunded once production begins (which occurs after proof approval).
