Dress Materials + Leftover Fabric Policy
Using Your Dress
Your keepsake is made from your personal materials (dress fabric, lace, beading, etc.). We handle your gown with care, but materials can have age-related wear and delicate areas. Lace can snag, tulle can tear, satin can pull—these risks come with real garments.

Cutting Is Permanent
Keepsakes require cutting and reshaping fabric. Once production begins, materials cannot be returned to their original form.

Shipping Your Materials to Us
You are responsible for shipping your materials to Old Soul Bridal. Package securely and include your name + order number inside the box. We strongly recommend tracking (and insurance for irreplaceable items). We are not responsible for loss or damage while materials are in transit to us.

Leftover Fabric Choice: Return or Donate
After your keepsake is complete, you may choose to have remaining fabric returned or donated (when applicable).
-
If you request return, we’ll send meaningful remaining pieces back with your order whenever possible.
-
If you choose donate, remaining materials will be donated to The Emma & Evan Foundation, supporting families and hospitals through bereavement care and NICU milestones.

Holding Leftovers
We can hold leftovers for 14 days after your order ships. After that, unclaimed remnants may be responsibly disposed of.
